Fo Fo Fo… Football! It was getting close, but the NFL owners & players announce football is back. So, as we gear up for the 2011/ 2012 NFL Football season. The Rams Head Group is pleased to announce NFL Football game day specials beginning at the kick off party on Thursday, September 8th. The Rams Head restaurants offer game day action on multiple TV’s. Last night millions of people tuned into  the Super Bowl to watch the NFC Champion Green Bay Packers and AFC Champion Pittsburgh Steelers go head to head at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.  Well, many people were excited with the final outcome. Congrats to the Packers for winning the Super Bowl.  But, with every winner.. there is a loser….sorry, Steelers, but this wasn’t another victory for you. So, our team came up with a great playlist  to keep your pumped about the Super Bowl! (And trust me, its way better than the Black Eyes Peas performing)

The Super Bowl is this Sunday, February 6th… why do you watch the game? Is it because you love watching the hilarious commercials ( My favorite so far is the Volkswagen Commercial: The Force)

Or, do you love watching the half time show ?? And,can the Black Eyed Peas help warm up Dallas?  

Or, is it because you actually love football and want to see you who win this big game? This year, the NFC Champion Green Bay Packers and AFC Champion Pittsburgh Steelers will go head to head on Sunday at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Estimated kickoff time is 6:25. The Green Bay Packers has a record of 10-6 and the Pittsburgh Steelers is 12-4.Hmmmmm…will this be a close game?

The Green Bay Packers have won three Super Bowls (1967 ,1968 ,1997) . And, the Pittsburgh Steelers have won the Super Bowl five times. This year, Aaron rogers has a 92 QB rating and 63% complete pct.in simulations. “Sorry, Steelers nation…its not 7th heaven for you. Super bowl 45 goes to the packers, winning 50.5% of simulations” says IBM on ESPN.com

So, regardless on why you watch the Super Bowl… The Rams Head restaurants will be having a NO COVER Super Bowl Party this Sunday. You can enjoy bowl-worthy drink specials and $6 munchies. Oh, and if Rams Head Tavern Savage is your location of choice, they will be having their own special 1/2 show , where you can enter to win concert tickets to Rams Head Live, a Rams Head gift certificate or a basket of goodies!

Alright, I will admit that Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays! You get to eat TONS of delicious items all day long, catch up with family & friends, and of course watch football!! But, sometimes it’s hard to travel on the holidays or maybe aunt sue burnt the turkey again… Well, don’t worry because Rams Head Tavern Annapolis and Rams Head Tavern Savage Mill will open from 11am until 2am, while Rams Head Shore House and Rams Head Roadhouse will be open from 6pm until 2am.

The Rams Head Tavern in Annapolis & and Savage Mill will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a specialty Thanksgiving menu. Hoping to help take the hassle out of holiday cooking, the traditional Thanksgiving menu will feature favorites such as turkey, cornbread stuffing, smashed candied yams and green bean casserole, Adults $19.95 and Children $10.95. “The Rams Head restaurant chefs came up with a unique Thanksgiving dishes, making Thanksgiving celebrations simple, tasty and affordable. All you will need to do is relax and enjoy the day” says Rams Head Tavern Annapolis General Manager, Corky Fertitta. Additionally, the regular menu will be available for those choosing non-Thanksgiving fare.

Rams Head Roadhouse and Rams Head Shore House will be opening the restaurant from 6pm until 2am serving the appetizer menu.  All Rams Head restaurant locations will also have the NFL football games on during the day. I mean, Football and Thanksgiving Day is such a tradition to many people!
