    Kris,
The “X” show last night was a disaster for the Rams Head, and the many fans who came to see what should have been a killer show. There was no advance warning about the one hour and twenty minute film about the band we were forced to sit through (yes, 1 hour 20 minutes!! and the film was miserable, a low budget “where are they now” VH-1 piece of whatever). Had I known ahead of time I’d have passed on the show. There was also a roomful of unhappy, vocal, squirming people. The band did not take the stage until 10 o’clock! So, for 60 bucks (!), two hours into the evening I’d seen a movie, and a really bad one. I, a several others, asked for a refund and were refused by the On Stage manager. I left, disgusted. I’m again asking for my ticket to be refunded – from you. I’m a regular patron, and love the venue. But last night was an outrage.

    Denis,

Thank you for being such a loyal fan to Rams Head On Stage. We always enjoy bringing new talent to Annapolis and we are glad you are able take advantage of the opportunity to see new faces in the room, as evidenced through your evening with X. We also value your feedback and thank you for the opportunity to respond.

We strive to present clear communication in all of our advertising. To be honest, we too were surprised about the added bonus of their film. Their agency had not informed us of this extra presentation and we were not made aware until the evening of the event. Although it did make for a longer evening, we did have many X fans who were really thrilled about the entire evening, including the movie.

Regardless, we recognize the value of your time and money and have passed along your concerns to the agency and management of the band, as well as your request for a refund from them. We will keep you posted as to their response.

    Sincerely,
    Rams Head
